M-H-900 Hydrogen probe can be used in Ladle, Tundish and Ingot mould. Using Sieverts’ law the hydrogen concentration in liquid metal to be measured can be obtained quickly, typically less than a minute. M-H-900 is a kind of expendable hydrogen sensor which possesses high measuring efficiency, high measuring precision and short response time. It can offer supporting data during the steel making process and guarantees the quality of steel and production efficiency.

Hydrogen Metering System
The Hydrones system uses equilibrium measurement method to detect hydrogen content in molten steel: nitrogen gas is filled into the molten steel, and nitrogen gas circulates in the molten steel and pneumatic cabinet. Nitrogen collects hydrogen through the molten steel, and the measurement ends when the nitrogen and hydrogen content in the molten steel reaches equilibrium.
The Hydrones system collects hydrogen from nitrogen measured by thermal conductivity sensors to obtain hydrogen content results. Then calculate the final hydrogen content according to Sivet"s law.
The M-TO-1200 oxygen probe is mainly used for temperature measurement and control of parameters such as oxygen, carbon, or aluminum in processes such as converter, ladle, argon blowing station, refining furnace, and intermediate ladle. It can accurately and quickly determine the temperature and active oxygen content in molten steel, playing an important role in the smelting process and product quality control of molten steel. The M-TO-1200 oxygen probe has the characteristics of high measurement rate, good repeatability stability, high accuracy, and fast response time, which can accurately guide the steelmaking production process and provide effective data support for improving the quality and efficiency of steel mills.

The ceramic oxygen analyzer model is CG-DY100, which can be used to measure the temperature and oxygen activity of molten steel. At the same time, it can also measure the carbon content in high oxygen steel liquid and the acid soluble aluminum content in refined steel liquid.

The steel oxygen cell developed by our company is the core component of the oxygen probe. It is independently developed and its performance has reached the international advanced level. It has been verified by multiple steel mills. Water-based marking paint with high temperature resistance is used in metal smelting industry for the mark of billet. The characteristics, such as bright white color, high temperature resistance, no crack, good atomization performance, no blockage of spray gun and spray system, of this kind of paint make it attractive in the market.These imported high temperature resistance paint used in steel plants can be replaced by the paint prepared by our company. It can be widely used in all kinds of spray system.

Water-based Marking Paint
We can provide high-precision and cost-effective temperature measurement thermocouple products of various length specifications, including temperature probes with different indexing numbers (S, R, B, D, C) that comply with IPTS68 and ITS90 temperature scales. We can also provide quartz tubes, fiber protective sleeves, and other specifications of different lengths according to customer requirements to meet special on-site needs. Our products can be used with most industrial standard hardware.

Thermocouple
Sublance probes used in BOF with sublance system employ combinations of measurement techniques in a single sensor, such as temperature, carbon via thermal analysis, oxygen activity, and solid chemical sample retrieval .The use of M-TSC and M-TSO sublance probes can accurately control steel making process and end point. Sublance technology can realize automatically steel-making,shorten tap-to-tap times and enhance the hit rate of end-point temperature and carbon content.

The CG-T02/T05 intelligent thermometer adopts internationally advanced microelectronic intelligent technology, which has the characteristics of high integration, strong anti-interference ability, fast speed, good real-time performance, and high accuracy. It has complete interface functions (voice, RS485 communication, analog 4-20mA, large screen drive, etc.) and can provide 5 division numbers (S, R, B, D, C). It can be equipped with a temperature probe to quickly and accurately measure the temperature of liquid metal.
